DDL 25 celebrated its 25th anniversary with a Silver Julbilee Celebration, starting off with champagne and pictures with Santa Claus and then transitioning to the conference center’s Cromdale Hall, where attendees donned blinking Santa hats and dined on Scottish specialties. Entertainment included bag pipes, a Robert Burns impersonator performing the “Ode to a Haggis,” showgirls, and a Frank Sinatra-style crooner, followed by a dance party.

The next DDL meeting will take place December 9-11, 2015 at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre. The Aerosol Society, which runs DDL, is also co-sponsoring an upcoming meeting on Bioequivalence of Orally Inhaled Drug Products: Establishing the Scientific Basis for Regulatory Acceptance of In Vitro Strategies with the APS Inhalation Focus Group in March 2015.
