3P Innovation’s Fill2Weight powder micro-dosing system, which was designed specifically for filling dry powder inhalation formulations, has been awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation. The Fill2Weight technology is scalable and can be used for dosing from lab scale to commercial production. In January 2018, 3P announced the launch of its R500/R1000 Robotic Capsule and Device Filler which can fill into capsules or directly into inhalers at rates of up to 1,000 capsules/hour.
