Exhibition
In the exhibition hall, several companies showed off new device concepts, including Pharmaero, a joint venture between Xellia Pharmaceuticals and Scandinavian Health, which introduced its aqueous droplet inhalation (ADI) device.
Environmental aerosol instrument maker TSI exhibited alongside MSP Corporation, maker of the NGI cascade impactor, which TSI acquired in November 2016. Daryl Roberts, a co-inventor of the NGI and longtime product and business development executive with MSP, is no long with the company and attended the meeting representing his new business, Applied Particle Principles.
Other exhibitors included Battelle Memorial Institute, Harro Höfliger, InspiRx, Lupin, Proveris Scientific, Catalent, Clement Clarke, Data Sciences, Envigo, Inhalation Sciences, ITR Laboratories, Lovelace Biomedical, Vitrocell Systems, IIT Research Institute, and PARI Pharma.
