Copley Scientific will launch several new cascade impactor accessories designed to meet requirements for testing of fluticasone propionate inhalation powder set out in a new USP monograph at RDD 2014, the company has said.
The new accessories include a glass dose uniformity sampling apparatus (DUSA) and a fluticasone propionate-specific induction port and pre-separator for use with Andersen cascade impactors. The new accessories can be used in combination with the recently launched BAC 2000 breath actuated controller to meet the monograph requirements.
Copley will also be showing its recently launched BRS 1100 breathing simulator and the child Alberta idealized throat, which was introduced at DDL 24.
