CDMO Formex, formerly PharmaForm, has hired Steve Massah as President and CEO. Massah joins Formex from Gilead, where he worked in Strategic Drug Product Manufacturing and Outsourcing. He has previously held management positions with Avanir, ISTA, and Neurocrine Biosciences.

According to his LinkedIn profile, former Formex President and CEO Rudy Emmelot is now Executive VP of Bridgewest Business Group, which includes Formex parent Biotech Investment Group in its portfolio. Masood Tayebi is a partner in Bridgewest, which is chaired by his brother Massih Tayebi.
