A temporary position is available in the FDA laboratory in Saint Louis, MO to develop a more efficient method for evaluating aerodynamic particle size distribution for dry powder inhalers (DPIs). Also to evaluate various abbreviated impactors as tools for assessing the aerosol plume produced by dry powder inhalers at various flow rates.
A Ph.D. or masters degree in physical science, or engineering desirable; experience with pharmaceutical aerosols a real plus. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
