Following unprecedented growth in 2011 and to facilitate further growth and leadership succession, Team Consulting is looking to recruit a Commercial Director.
You will be responsible for leading the continued profitable growth in sales. This role requires management of the commercial team and also working with the rest of the company to achieve such growth. The role will require assessment of the market opportunities for Team and establishing the appropriate strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring the development and management of individual and corporate client accounts on a sustainable basis. You will also oversee the marketing activities in order to enhance and build Team’s market position and brand.
As part of the executive management team you will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.
